DLC Qualified Products List (QPL)

DLC QPL; DLC listed

The DLC Qualified Products List is the DesignLights Consortium's third-party-verified registry of commercial LED luminaires and networked lighting control systems. Most North American utility efficiency programs require QPL listing for rebate eligibility, making the QPL the standard first screen in commercial lighting procurement.

What it is

Roughly 70% of nearly 700 programs require QPL listing for LED rebates (2026); NLC products qualify for incentives from 75% of programs. NLC V5.2 (released 2026-06-23) standardizes C137.9 configuration reporting and NLC5.x adds cybersecurity criteria.

The V6.0 delisting clock makes this a living page: SSL V6.0 delists V5.1-only products by December 15, 2026 — Review By is set inside that deadline.
