BMS Integration

BAS integration; building management integration

BMS integration connects a lighting control system to the building management system so occupancy, energy, and status data can drive HVAC and supervisory functions. Connections typically use BACnet/IP, BACnet/SC, or open APIs, and every integration is validated per project before handoff.

What it is

This is the cluster's conversion page — every protocol brief links into it. Validation involves BTL listing, point lists, zone matching, and integrator budget. DLC cites 8–21% HVAC savings potential from lighting occupancy data — reported potential, never a project promise.

Role boundary stated plainly: integrators program, engineers design; Bryte Light selects, strategizes, guides, and supports procurement.
